*All designated hotels shall provide shuttle buses facilitating transfer to the Conference site (Palacio de Congresos).

CANCELLATION POLICY

• No cancellation penalty until 15 July, 2015.
• 50% penalty of the total reservation fee if cancellation is done between 16 July and 15 September, 2015.
• 100% penalty of the reservation fee if cancellation is done after 15 September, 2015.
• No change in bookings will be accepted after 15 September, 2015.

Any incident, delay or payment shall be done or handled upon verification by the Technical Secretariat, once the conference has finished.
